I've had several months of pain in my hips, and it won't go away even when i rest for long periods of time, should i be worried about bone cancer?

Evaluate pain.: You wouldn't expect to get pain in both hips if it was cancer. Either way pain that doesn't resolve needs to be evaluated. Go see your doctor.
