Sciatica: 30's female with pain pattern of pain in hip radiating to upper thigh and incited by going from sitting to standing. The cause can be varied including lumbar spine neural impingement, pyriformis syndrome and sacroiliac joint disorder. See an Osteopath for a hands-on evaluation.
