Hip Pain: I would suggest evaluation by an orthopedic surgeon. While i doubt you have bone cancer, only a complete exam can find the specific cause of your pain.

Unlikely: This is not a typical presenting sign of bone cancer. If you have persistent and progressive pain you should be evaluated by a physician.
