Examination: At 4 weeks the uterus is the normal size of a non pregnant person. There should be no effect on the colon so early. I would schedule visit for an examination to see exactly what you are referring to. If constipation is an issue fiber supplement or Miralax (polyethylene glycol) may be helpful
