32 yo- periods nml 7 days & heavy. last 2 were light and 3-5 days. preg neg- pelvic exam & pap 1 mo ago nml. ct of ab &pelvis nml 2 mos ago. should i be worried? could this be ovarian cancer or uterine cancer? what should i do?

See below: Being obsessed about cancer is not helpful. Take oral iron and vitamins to prevent anemia from heavy periods.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.
Practice safe sex.
