Periods lighter: At your stated age, the most likely cause of your lighter periods is the onset of menopause. Ovarian, uterine, and cervical cancer seem unlikely with the negative imaging study you cited. I assume you also had a pap smear and a gyn exam. Is there a family history of cancer? If so, you are smart to undergo periodic assessments by your medical team.

Hypoestrogenemia: You seem to have a fear of malignancy which is not alleviated by the absence of evidence for the presence of such a disease. Presumably your doctor has done all the reasonable tests, and these have been negative. Have you thought about seeing a therapist to help alleviate this continued obsession with your low estrogen level? This is not likely to be assuaged by repeated reassurances.
