Stones: Causes of llq abdominal pain with blood in urine is most likely stones in kidney or ureter. Less likely, especially at your age are turmors of the urinary tract organs, such as kidney, ureter, or bladder. Ct scan should show any of these conditions. Less likely causes are inflammations or tumors of adjacent organs, such as colon.

?Stone: Your symptoms could be the result of a stone in the left kidney or ureter. Other possibilities, which don't explain the urine findings, include diverticulosis/diverticulitis, colitis, and even inguinal hernia.

Kidney problem: The top 2 items would be a kidney stone or a mass in the kidney that could account for your pain and trace blood.
