Sounds safe: a small nodule with no change is considered a benign condition. Unlikely to undergo any further change.

Follow up: I would recommend a follow up low dose CT scan, but more information including your medical history, risk factors, family history and calcification of the nodule, will help determine the risk of malignancy. Most nodules are benign, but I would suggest a second opinion.
