Had ct scan 6 years ago. 2 mm and 2.5 mm nodules found. recently found 11 mm nodule in lung. could one of these have grown in the past 6 years?

Maybe so: It is possible that this is one of the nodules that were previously present however it is not certain given that time interval. Talk to your doctor and follow up as directed. As always, if you feel like you need a second opinion, you should get one!
