Did ct chest w/contrast, radiologist said multiple tiny nodular and possible scarring. pulmonologist said scars could be false results(blood vessel)?

What's the question?: Sounds like your chest ct report has relatively minor findings. Tiny nodules are most commonly the result of prior granulomatous infection like histoplasmosis or even infections from pets. We usually never realize we were infected. If there are no nodules larger than 4mm and are not in a high risk group (heavy smoker) there is a less than 1% risk of malignancy.

Correct: Both are correct. In general "tiny nodules and scarring" are a common finding on ct chest.
