Get it checked out!: One of the most common mistakes made is assuming you have a wrist sprain and not having it evaluated. If you damaged one of your carpal bones, especially the scaphoid, it could cause disastrous problems with your wrist later on unless it is treated and fixed early. You should see a specialist and get an x-ray. Make sure you see an orthopedic doctor who handles wrist problems regularly.
