8 weeks ago I had IV in Rt. hand. Also drew blood from inside of rt. arm. A few days later I had swelling and pain inside elbow area and down forearm. Still have pain in wrist and vein in my forearm is hard and tender. Will this go away and when?
I have pain and swelling in my hands and wrist. I also have a positive ANA titer. The pain has increased . I draw blood and am having difficulty changing tubes. And doing compute work.
After blood draw: got swelling, severe pain, feels like tourniquet on arm sometimes. Pain is sometimes 8/10. 3 weeks out, no visible bruising, Bicep swollen and tender. Venous ultrasound is good. PCP and ER dont know whats wrong. What could it be?
