You need to go back: To your doctor.The sweet smelling urine sounds more like diabetes than ore diabetes.

Urine smell: Unlikely to be sweet smelling urine but you should have your doctor check a urine collection to make sure you are not passing urine with high sugar content. A 24 hour collection might be needed.

Not sure: Medications may cause your urine and sweat have different scents. I do suggest that you let your doctor know. He/She may want to check your urine and you blood to make certain that you blood sugar is normal.
