While "PCOS" frequently will be accompanied by non-ovulation, making pregnancy and menstruation rare to absent, a slight elevation in testosterone is not unusual in true PCOS, but occasional ovulation may occur. Obtain a referral to a reproductive endocrinologist for possible ovulation induction and other fertility testing if pregnancy is desired.
