It's a good question: If by fresh you mean grown locally in your own garden or purchased at local farmer's market, that is best. But many vegetables in the grocery store have been transported thousands of miles, susceptible to contamination along the way. They may have been picked too early losing nutritive value. Frozen and most canned are processed at the peak of ripeness and are VERY convenient. They are all good!

No and yes.: In my opinion, canned vegetables in general are for keeping in the bomb shelter and eating when you don't have anything else. It is always best to eat fresh vegetables. Frozen is next best. And if you are having intestinal or pain and fatigue issues, don't microwave your food.

Depends: As long as frozen veggies have not been in your freezer for more than a couple months, they may be the most "nutritious" of the 3 because they are harvested and frozen almost immediately, whereas fresh veggies can take weeks to arrive at your market. But buying locally grown farmer's market fresh veggies is probably your best bet. Canned veggies rate last of the 3 in nutritional value.
