A member asked:

I love my vegetables and i was wondering are frozen vegetables from the freezer aisle in supermarkets nutritionally as good as fresh veg?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: Frozen vegetables in the supermarket are picked ripe and are then frozen and have good nutrients. All vegetable lose nutrients when you cook them though, so fresh raw vegetables and fruits are the best.
