A member asked:

Looking to get pregnant at 43. i ate only canned foods and frozen vegetables for past 3 months. last 6 weeks, i mainly ate canned food. 80% of the time, cans were bpa-free. should i be worried. will be switching to everything fresh?

What you described about your diet is not a cause for concern about your health or your attempt to conceive. There are additional risks from pregnancy at your age and it would be prudent to consult an obstetrician even before you plan to get pregnant.
