ENDOCARDITIS : Endocarditis is a heart infection that may be caused by severe dental caries or tooth extraction INR he face of a heart valve problem ie murmur. If you are on antibiotics the chance is rare. If you develop fevers/CP/SOB seek evaluation and labs/EKG/ECHO. Again endocarditis is rare unless you had a prior heart valve problem.
