Broken molar root?: Need a dental x-ray. Molar root often breaks off after extraction and is buried in the gum.

See Doctor again.: After 3 weeks I would have expected some improvement of swollen glands. It depends if you have pain, fever, tenderness. May be the antibiotics are not working, or you may have an abscess. You need to see your Doctor to evaluate the situation.
