Check with pharmacy: Check with your pharmacy to make sure they are not giving you levothyroxine from different generic suppliers. if this is the case you may want to get on Synthroid for a more regulated level. It is also possible that your body is just having thyroid hormone fluctuations. FYI, TSH is usually what is followed to monitor the status of thyroid. T3 (liothyronine) and T4 are unreliable unless they are the free levels
