Hello! my numbers are tsh 1.71, free t4 1.0, free t3 (liothyronine) 2.9. i have had many, many symptoms of hypothyroid since i was 23 (30 now). is it hypothyroid?

No: Many people have symptoms which either they or their doctors attribute to hypothyroidism but have other causes (e.g. fatigue is most often related to not enough sleep not low thyroid). Your thyroid tests are fine and there is no need for either more testing or for treatment with thyroid hormone.
