Need advice on what is the the difference between liver cancer and liver tumors?

Tumors are by: Definition anything that takes up space in the body. So tumors can be neoplasms, which can be either benign or malignant. Cancer is type of malignancy. It can spread both locally and to distant organs. Liver cancer is a type of malignant tumor of liver.
