Get a workup: The masses are either cancer or they are not. Focal nodular hyperplasia can pop up, or a different radiologist may have spotted / chosen to report something minor. If they are primary liver cancer, you have a fair shot at a cure with today's treatment. Metastatic disease is much less likely to be curable but you may have a good year or two & you won't be abandoned. Good luck.
