Be seen by MD: The one year old should be seen and examined to rule out ear infection and other issues. though you did not mention fever, the eye findings and "bad runny nose" may be associated with a need for medications. No bottles to bed empty or full, as this can increase chances of ear infection, choking and cavities in front teeth. Hope everything will be fine.
