NO: Cold medications have not been shown to be safe in children under 6 yrs old. The best treatment is to use nasal saline drops. Allow 2-3 drops to drip into the nose while the toddler is lying down and then after waiting a few seconds, suction the now loosened mucus out for easier breathing. Infant liquid Acetaminophen can be used for teething discomfort.

Teething: Before you give her anything contact a Dentist, preferably a pediatric dental specialist, a Pedodontist. She's overdue for her first dental examination. Throwing meds at symptoms is less effective than determining the cause.
