Likely a viral infec: There are a number of viral infections going around that will cause these symptoms. For the fever, it is ok to give ibuprofen (10mg for every 22lbs weight) every 6h. For the cough, try a warmed drink with a tablespoon of honey mixed in and a humidifier. For the eye drainage, try saline drops. See your doc if symptoms go more than 3d

It could be viral: or bacterial. You need to take her to her doctor and have her evaluated. In the meantime, tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen for fevers, fluids, warm washcloth to wipe her eyelids off gently and good hand washing so no one else gets this.
