Color Flow Doppler: shows moving blood as various shades of red or blue depending on the speed, quantity & direction of cell (blood) motion relative to the ultrasound probe. In the 2D echo image selected, notice the color bar at the left top indicating speed toward vs. away. Get & study a copy of the actual video images to better understand. It is your body, your right to a copy of the records & you can understand.
