What do many (grouped) red dots mean on the 4d ultrasound screen of uterus? i was told the uterus was enlarged for about 7cm. what that means?

Unclear: Red dots are not a typical finding on a sonogram. You will need to contact the physician who ordered the test and ask for the results and interpretation of the findings.
