Clindamycin: Well this depends on the stage of pregnancy! In clinical trials with pregnant women, systemic administration of clindamycin during the second and third trimesters was not associated with an increased frequency of congenital abnormalities. During the first trimester, it is not recommended unless clearly needed.

100%: According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the CDC &Prevention, the recommended treatment of BV during pregnancy is clindamycin (2% intravaginal cream 5 g at bed- time for 7 days, 300 mg orally twice daily for 7 days, or intravaginal 100-mg ovules once daily at bedtime for 3 days. Also, metronidazole (0.75% intravaginal gel 5 g a day for 5 days) or taken orally is ok

Usually yes but...: Clindamycin seems to be "relatively safe" during pregnancy and can be used when "indicated", to treat infections during pregnancy, that is, when there are established benefits such as an intraamniotic infection or a severe UTI/pyelonephritis .. It is not clear that it is necessary or recommended to treat BV during any trimester of pregnancy unless the pregnant woman is significantly symptomatic.
