Probably good plan: It is very possible that your chest pain is related to your anxiety, however, chest pain is never something to take lightly, and normal blood pressure does not provide a full picture of medical issues that could cause chest pain. It is important to see your doctor and let him/her know about your symptoms. Your doctor can then help you determine whether further testing is needed.

Prudent course of: Action. I would start with your primary physician who can evaluate for underlying medical problems & for an anxiety disorder. He or she may need to consult with a psychiatrist or psychologist as well. It is important to rule out organic causes early on. Take care.
