Chest pain...: You don't need to have an abnormal blood pressure in order to demonstrate you are having heart problems. Many people who suffer heart attacks(for example) appear with normal blood pressure. However it is certainly true that those that suffer of high blood pressure have a higher risk for heart issues. If you are in doubt and having chest pain go and see your doctor as soon as possible.
