Unlikely: Without an obvious lump on your forehead, you did not likely hit yourself hard enough to cause an intracranial bleed. If you were knocked out by this hit to the head, go see a doctor. The headache is common and should resolve with tylenol (acetaminophen). If you experience nausea and vomiting or any unsteadiness in your gait, go see a doctor.
