Evaluate it: Without seeing it, hard to know what it is. Could be an infection, cyst that is on the verge of rupturing, or traumatic cut or wound. If there is purulent discharge or redness or foul smelling odor, it may be an infected cyst that needs drainage. It could just be a bruise from hitting your head that just needs some ice and time for recovery.
