I just noticed that my 3 year old daughter have like a bump in the left side on the back of her head. she havent hit her head or fall. she says it doesnt hurt when i touch it. i am just concerned because it wasnt there. ?

How big ?: The lack of a fatty layer makes normal lymph nodes more detectable around the back of the head & neck area. These are often pea sized at rest & can enlarge when working to peanut size or larger. You are welcome to start over & provide more detail. This may improve the chance a response would sort this out.
