Forehead Lump: Tough to say what that may be "over the computer" without examining it. The fact that you can feel your heart beat would point towards it being vascular in nature, but as stated, you would be best served by seeing a Doctor to get an official evaluation, so a definitive diagnosis can be made and any treatment would follow.
