Anxious: with normal cardiac tests you need to be taking anti anxiety medication such as Prozac, (fluoxetine) reduce anxiety level will make you feel better.

Highly unlikely: While nothing is impossible, a heart attack is highly unlikely in a 30 year old with normal cardiac tests, a negative family history, and no symptoms. It sounds like your unfounded anxiety is the problem you need to deal with and not the risk of cardiovascular disease at this point.
