Hormonal Changes: Anxiety is possible. Before I consider it anxiety, I would look into hormonal changes that are common after the age of 35. Breast exam and a baseline Mammogram and a symptom chart based on your menstrual cycle are the basics I would do first. Decrease your caffeine intake, take some Ibuprofen and increase your physical activity for 3 months. If this does not help, then it is time to get a consult
