Your BP is normal for your age, but what is your weight?, blood sugar? and other vitals? Your anxiety can lead to depression and certain medications Get treated for your problems, and if your vitals are normal, especially weight, than you should have no worries about cardiac events. Stay healthy and eat healthy.
