Esophageal spasm?: Could be related to reflux disease and/or a spasm of your esophagus. May need a GI consultation, and some testing. These are rarely dangerous, but getting a diagnosis will at least give you peace of mind. Treatment is possible with medication and even endoscopic or surgical procedures depending on the case.
