A member asked:

Is foot bruising related to chiari malformation, they have been tingling and now look bruised ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Bruising of the feet: Chiari Malformation is a congenital malformation with defects in the cerebelium--the part of the brain that controls balance and cooordination; symptoms are usually muscle weakness, numbness, headaches, and balance problems if you are having numbness it is possible to sprain your ankle without felling the injury--this could result in your bruising----CM does not directly cause bruising
