I had a fractured foot a few months ago. now it feels like i am stepping on a stone. when i look, there is no stone but theres a bruise and it hurts.

History incomplete. : The easiest way to put it, is to see a doctor and have the fracture evaluated. You did not mention if you had care of any kind. Which bone fractured? Etc, etc.
