Bruising business.: When bruising occurs, ruptured blood vessels causes blood to leak into the surrounding tissues. On occasion the blood leaks in between certain layers of tissue only to appear at remote, uninjured areas. This phenomena is more readily observed when you have your blood drawn, only to see the bruising effect half way up or down your arm. The blood will slowly dissipate over a week or two.

Because: the blood disperses. Soaking in hot water and epsom salt without burning yourself helps the blood dissolve and go away.
