When should a person on antibiotics, with sight identified staph, see there doctor if its not improving?

Infection: I am not sure how to sight identify Staph and I have a degree in Microbiology as well as my MD. Skin infections can often be treated for the most common organism but only cultures can truly identify the organism. So in answer to your question; in the morning.
