Staph are quite sensitive to application of hydrogen peroxide. Their cells absorb it and it ruptures/kills them. Try frequent local applications & see if that helps. The hydrogen peroxide breaks down to water after use. It might sting a little but should not damage your tissue.

Do you have a wound or cut? If so it can be treated with washing with soap and water and then treating with local OTC antibiotic ointment. If intake of antibiotics is needed there are many which can be used according to the C&S report.
