YES!: If you have vaginal infection to UTI; it needs to be treated. Otherwise it can lead to loss of pregnancy by inducing premature labour. C section is long time away as you are only 8 weeks pregnant. Untreated infection can become serious and become systemic infection.That requires IV antibiotic and hospitalization etc.. So listen to your doctor.
