Libman-Sacks?: This situation is extremely concerning. I'd get a couple of opinions by focused specialists. You are describing antiphospholipid syndrome, correct? I am VERY glad you are being proactive about your health. Stay well-informed -- nobody here can give you a definitive answer beyond wishing you the best.
