Lumbar scoliosis: Where you diagnosed by a physician. While the tingling and numbness in the arms may result from cervical radiculopathy, The spasms in the buttocks and legs may be related to the lumbar scoliosis. An evaluation and possible radiological studies will be helpful. Your age and full medical history
