Usually just have joint pain.sle. recently both arms/hands go numb/tingling. muscle pain all over body. severe in arms. possible causes?

See your physcian: As this could be related to your sle and it could be progressing to affect peripheral nerves as it sometimes does. This could also lead to raynauds and there will be specific treatments to this as well. Discuss with you physician what acute med options are right for you and to prevent issues with raynauds.
