Talk to MD: It is possible, but unlikely, that your gb surgery has become undone. More likely is that you have increased your intake of high calorie foods that despite your small stomach you are eating more calories than you need. You will need to control this, i suggest that you talk to your doctor about options.

Join: A medically supervised weight program. Often they are affiliated with bariatric surgeons who can advise you on options. They also have access to dieticians that can advise you. They may want to do an egd to see the size of your gastric pouch.
