Abdominal pain, SIBO: I suggest you be evaluated by a physician to have stool studies performed including a GI pathogen panel as well as Clostridium difficile checked. C.Diff infection risk increases after multiple rounds of antibiotics. As a Gastroenterologist I am always nervous when people have multiple bouts of SIBO if there is no obvious explanation such as loss of ileocecal valve through surgical intervention.
